Jackie began roasting coffee as a college student over 16 years ago. Her dream was to one day open a unique cafe that would roast the beans right in front of her customers. She dreamed big and now imports raw coffees from around the world, roasts them in small 32 lb batches, and supplies well over 350 specialty coffee shops, cafes, and upscale restaurants.
